About the Role
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve the company’s business objectives.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns
Measure and report performance of all marketing activities.
Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image and reputation.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
Use research to inform marketing strategy and decision making.
Lead, manage and mentor marketing team.
Set clear objectives, evaluate performance, and provide feedback.
Process transfer of titles of properties.
Meet Sales targets and effectively manage clients in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.
Provides updated listing information, addresses inquiries, and conducts viewings.
Responsible for the profiling of incoming tenants and prospective buyers.
Requirements
Candidate must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree, preferably in Marketing, Real Estate Management or related field.
With at least 3 years of experience in Real Estate Industry.
With at least 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales.
Preferably a licensed broker.
Familiarity with the process of Transfer of Titles.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate the team.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
